1. PRODUCTION LEAD TIME
We supply a wide variety of designs; therefore a standardised delivery timeframe is difficult to publish.
As a general rule we offer 3 week delivery for all diamond special orders – ie. Existing model but perhaps a special finger size or metal option.
Stock orders are usually produced in a 4 – 6 week time frame. When ordering stock there is an option to request a shipping date. We will endeavour to accommodate your request but we will notify you if this is not possible and confirm a date that is achievable.
2. FINGER SIZES
We adhere to the British Standard for finger sizes. There is a conversion table below for your reference. All sizes are measured through the centre at the base of the ring.

There are a number of options when hallmarking. Please select one of the below codes and advise us via the contact page. This will then be a standard feature, space permitting on all designs we manufacture for you.

5. METALLURGY
· Sterling Silver = 92.5% Ag
· 9ct = Minimum 37.5% Au
· 14ct = Minimum 58.5% Au
· 18ct = Minimum 75.0% Au
· Pt = Minimum 95% Pt
All metals are compliant with the nickel release standards as set out for both European and Australian markets.
All white gold and platinum are rhodium plated. In the case of a semi mount or mount only plating is not standard unless requested by the client.
We do not rhodium plate onto yellow gold unless requested to do so by the client.
6. QUALITY CONTROL
LB maintains a high standard of QC at all times. In the unlikely event of rejection LBJ will assess the issue and if a manufacturing fault is found then LBJ will repair or replace at no charge.
7. MARGIN RATE TABLE
You have the ability to manage your own retail margin rates.

The prices reflected are the RRP (recommended retail prices) are calculated according to the table.
Cost prices will be updated every 24 hours, Monday – Friday. This daily update is done to keep prices in line with daily precious metal prices and currency exchange rates.
The cost price is camouflaged on the product detail page and checkout / wish list pages.
On the product detail page it can be found below the thumbnail images of the design

There are always 4 digits (year) and then a random letter, your cost price follows after the letter, therefore cost is $2781 and then there are always four digits at the end (month and day)
On the cart page it can be found below the design code.
The default table represents a standard default based on analysis of over 100 retail outlets in Australia and New Zealand
This is only a default and you can edit this at any time.

Example:
If your cost is AU$1295.00 and the rate is 2.3 then the retail price shown will be $2,978.50
NB! All cost prices shown are in AUD and exclusive of GST. Please ensure that you allow for GST in your calculations.
If you are in New Zealand you can also allow for the currency exchange rate in your margin calculation and then the RRP will be in NZ Dollars.
TIPS!
If you wish for the RRP prices shown to be your cost exclusive of GST then make the rate = 1 for all price ranges.
If you do not want a RRP the make the rate = 0 for all price ranges

All our invoices and order confirmations provide detailed content information about all stones supplied wrt weight and grades.
13. Kimberley Process
Lester Brand Jewellery is compliant with the Kimberley process.
We guarantee that all diamonds sold by LBJ have been purchased from legitimate sources that are not involved in the funding of conflict and in compliance with United Nations resolutions. The seller hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and /or written guarantees provided by the supplier/manufacturer of these diamonds.
The seller also guarantees that these diamonds are natural and not laboratory created or treated.
